Description:
This state-of-the-art wheat starch and gluten plant was designed
and constructed by Borton. The scope of work included three
wheat storage bins, a slipform concrete wheat milling building,
dry and wet processing buildings, and all equipment necessary
for conversion of flour into A and B starches and further
processing into wheat gluten. This project also included office,
lab, maintenance, and dry product packaging/storage/loadout
buildings.
