Description:
This was a design-build project to construct a 600,000 bushel grain storage structure with a unit train loading system. The facility includes a bulkweigher for train loading and provisions to distribute to and reclaim from a 1,000,000 bushel ground pile. There are two (2) receiving driveways with 15,000 BPH bucket elevators, which feed two (2) distribution conveyors.

Also included is a belt conveyor to reclaim and ship grain through the bulkweigher at 50,000 BPH. There is a reclaim conveyor from the railroad track and a dust collection system for truck receiving and railroad loadout.
